The Twenty Percent

For this assignment, I talked to the owner of a local ice cream parlor.  Unfortunately, he and the customers I interviewed did not feel comfortable having their interviews recorded.
This entrepreneur believed that people have a sweet tooth are their target customers.  Their unmet need is the delicious taste of ice cream.  He said that they do not find their customers, the customers find them.  He also said that he targets all demographics.  The three customers said relatively the same thing as the owner.  This means that this entrepreneur genuinely understands his customers.

    It seems like you successfully completed the assignment but it would have been nice to find some customers that don't mind getting filmed just to help me visualize who you talked to. The ability to successfully identify your target customers demographic is absolutely crucial.

  3. Tyler, I like your post although hearing the questions you asked the customers and entrepreneur would have been helpful. Overall, it's apparent the owner knows what his customers want and he is catering to their needs successfully based on his customers positive responses. Overall, good post.
